Amanda Joske

Amanda leads Platform at Lumir, bridging the worlds of technology, investment, and global expansion. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of people and technology, she began her career in the Digital Department at ANZ Bank, working on the goMoney app, before relocating to Israel to immerse herself in its dynamic startup ecosystem.

For more than five years, Amanda played a pivotal role at the Israel-Australia Chamber of Commerce (IACC), spearheading investor delegations and fostering business ties between the two nations. As the Israel representative for the Victorian Government’s Invest Victoria initiative, she strengthened cross-border investment opportunities and helped global investors navigate the Israeli market.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from RMIT University and completed   her degree on an exchange program at Tel Aviv University. Now based in Tel Aviv with her family, she balances her time between working with startups, engaging with investors, and raising her twin children—ensuring life is always vibrant and eventful.

With deep networks in both Australia and Israel, Amanda is a passionate advocate for bi-lateral trade and investment, helping founders and investors connect, scale, and and thrive.
