Guy Pross is a Partner at Lumir Ventures, where he leads funds management, capital strategy, and oversees the firm’s relationships with global institutional investors. With over $1 billion raised across multiple funds, Guy has a strong track record in managing co-investments and strategic projects with global LPs and sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining Lumir, Guy held senior roles at two of Israel’s largest institutional VC funds, JVP and Viola, where he specialized in fund management and capital strategy. He also spent a decade in operational roles within startups and served as a venture advisor to major global corporates, including Hyundai Ventures, Goodyear and Ford.

Beyond venture capital, Guy is an Adjunct Professor at Reichman University, where he lectures on Advanced Data Analytics and Smart Cities, blending academic research with real-world industry insights.

Guy holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He remains deeply engaged in Israel’s venture ecosystem, helping scale transformative technologies and fostering strategic partnerships with global investors.
